  • 1.  Historical Zip Code Tabulation Area Shapefiles?

    ​HI all,

    Any ideas on where I can access either a static map or historical shapefiles of the zip code tabulation areas for a specific county from 1985? The NHGIS site only has these shapefiles back as far as 2000.

    Hi Ashley,

    If Wikipedia's to be trusted, ZCTAs were only introduced with the 2000 Census.
