    Dear Colleagues,

    The AAG is continuing full-time, professionally managed and staffed onsite childcare services for the 2018 Annual Meeting in New Orleans.

    The onsite childcare services will be provided by Accent on Children's Arrangements, Inc. (ACCENT) www.accentoca.com, which will design and run a children's program called CAMP AAG.

    CAMP AAG will offer age-appropriate activities for children ranging from 6 months to 12 years of age (separated into age-appropriate groups) including curriculum-enriched, hands-on, creative activities, arts & crafts projects, active games, and more. ACCENT will staff CAMP AAG with teacher professional child care providers who have completed ACCENT's specialized training program. In addition, ACCENT's onsite supervisors are CPR and Pediatric First Aid certified.

    CAMP AAG will run for all five Annual Meeting days as follows:

    Wednesday, April 3

    7:30 am – 8:00 pm

    Thursday, April 4

    7:30 am – 7:30 pm

    Friday, April 5

    7:30 am – 7:30 pm

    Saturday, April 6

    7:30 am – 7:30 pm

    Sunday, April 7

    7:30 am – 6:00 pm


    The AAG will cover the overall costs to hire ACCENT to establish and staff the onsite childcare facility, and will also subsidize their hourly childcare rates. ACCENT's standard hourly rate for childcare is $12 for children ages 6 months to 3 years and $10 for children ages 3 to 12 years. In addition to paying for all of the facility and staffing costs, the AAG will again subsidize the hourly rates by 50% in this fifth year.

    Advance registration for ACCENT's services is now open. Interested parents will also be able to sign their children on via on-site registration, which will remain open throughout the Annual Meeting week and will be located directly at the onsite childcare facility. The AAG strongly recommends Advance Registration to ensure that you have access to this service for the time slots you desire.
